Life of Sri Krishna and Number 8
1)Krishna is called 8th incarnation of Vishnu.

2)Krishna was 8th son of Devki, other 7 elder brother were dead just after their birth.
Same happened with Bhishma's 7 elder brothers also.

3)Krishna had 8 prime wives as per Bhagwat Puran and Mahabharata.

4)Krishna gave refuge to 16100 ladies, 1+6+1+0+0=8 as per Bhagwat Puran and Mahabharata.

5)Krishna lived for exactly 125 years. 1+2+5=8

6)He kept his promise for 8 days . He attacked Bhisma after 8 days .

7)Krishna was born in the Rohini nakshatra, in the Hindu month of Bhadrapada, on the 8th day of the waning moon at midnight. (If you go by western calender then it falls mostly in 8th Month of the year. )

Even his beloved borned in Barsana on Bhadrapad Shukla Ashtami i.e. 8 day of bright fortnight of the Bhadrapad month.

Even his so-called consort Radha is said to be born in Barsana on Bhadrapad Shukla Ashtami i.e. 8 day of dark fortnight of the Bhadrapad month.

8)Krishna kills 8 demons before leaving for Mathura as per Bhagwat Puran:
